Shipping policy

The Sociable Home LLC works Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST, which is when we prepare, build, package, and ship out orders. Occasionally, we may have varied hours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, adapting to weather changes, or holidays. Most of our products are built in 5-10 business days, and our carrier transit times are usually 3-5 days, with some exceptions for larger size boxes or longer trips from our home site in North Carolina. You will receive notification of estimated delivery changes when applicable. Custom orders may take 10-15 business days for building and processing, and an estimate will be given in communications when discussing your custom order. 

 

The buyer is responsible for providing a safe and deliverable address on the order. If a package is returned to us, the sender, due to the failure to provide a deliverable address or a wrong address on the order, second time shipping will be charged to the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse, refund, or replace anything stolen. You may make a police report in your district to report stolen items.
