We are unable to accept exchanges or returns since all of our products are made-to-order. If you are unhappy with your order, please send us a message before leaving a review. We will do what is within our power or within reason to help you have the best experience possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All of our items have shipping insurance. When we submit a claim, we will need photos of:
- the damaged item(s)
- two photos that show the condition of the box (one photo with the top/left/front of the box and one photo with the bottom/right/back of the box)
